BY THY WORD I WILL DAILY LIVE

Father, I trust you to keep me in perfect peace. Help me to always keep my mind on you. In times of trouble, your everlasting strength fortifies me, for you are Jehovah, my provider. You have provided me with everything that I need to face these days of trials: "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Bless me to read your word and meditate on your promises.

IN THY PRESENCE I WILL DAILY LIVE

In Your presence, I will daily live and find fullness of joy. You have commanded me to not fear, for you have redeemed me. You have called me by my name. I am yours. Now as I pass through this period of deadly plague, my heart will not fear. I believe you are with me. Let everything in me praise you, exalt you, magnify you. You alone are God. May all my thought in captivity be brought in obedience to Jesus Christ.

BIBLE THERAPY

The Bible says God's word is living and active Hebrews 4:12; useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness" 2 Timothy 3:16 ; God's word is truth John 17:17 and purity Proverbs 30:5; It is light and guidance Psalm 119:105; It is spiritual food Matthew 4:4, Deuteronomy 8:3, etc. From these verses, we can see the therapeutic qualities of the Bible. The Bible is therapeutic: it offers help, treatment and cure for every troubling aspect of the human life: fear, dismay, fright, sickness, trembling... God is in control of the world. He speaks to us through his word, about how we should deal with all situations in our lives. Although this is from a spiritual prospective, when our spiritual lives are aligned with God's will ( healing comes to our spiritual lives) it influences and impacts our physical lives. All the world's wickedness, sorrows, pains etc. have no power over what God can do for you. Speak His word in your life every day e.g. learn Bible verses, read the Scripture, share it with fellow believers who have the fear of god in them. It nourishes the mind, strengthens the spiritual, protects the body and transforms the heart.

HEALING

Although God does not always heal all sickness 2 Corinthians 12:7-10, the Apostle Paul asked God three times to remove the "thorn in his flesh" that caused pain, but God did not remove it. He heals some e.g. blindness: Mark 10:46-52 Jesus restored Bartimaeus' sight and a man born blind John 9: 1-7; the woman with a 12-year "issue of blood" or chronic hemorrhage was healed Mark 5: 25-34.

We can still pray to God with faith and trust that he hears our prays. We can see from the examples of sicknesses Jesus healed in the Bible that Jesus heals out of compassion, He is full of mercy and does according to his will. God has already equipped you with what you need to carry on in the face of sickness or disease, just trust him to lead you every day.

Serve the Lord, your God, and he will bless your food and water; and he will take sickness away from among you.

Exodus 23:25

God blesses food and drink to be healing.

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thy art my praise.

Jeremiah 17:14

True healing comes from God !

Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me for my bones are in extreme pain. Psalm 6:2

A cry to God in faith can make the difference.

NATURE OBEYS HIS VOICE

Jesus calms the trouble heart, let Jesus calm the storms that pressure your heart in these trouble times. In the noise of the boisterous waves, He said "Peace be still." then at once, the tempest obeyed His voice: the wind went down and the sea became calm. Lord Jesus, I ask you to calm all that is pressuring me at this period in time.

DEATH OBEYS HIS VOICE

Jesus is the RESURRECTION and the LIFE. I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he dies, yet shall he live,and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. John 11: 1-44

He can bring life to a spiritually dead life and a physically ill life. He raised Lazarus from the dead: He cried with a loud voice saying "Lazarus come out." immediately, Lazarus came out with his hands and feet wrapped with linen cloth. Are you letting the world news speak death in your life or are you letting Jesus' words speak life into every moment of your life?

SICKNESS OBEYS HIS VOICE

Jesus heals from a distance: a noble man at Capernaum asked Him to come and see his sick son who was at the point of death about 20 miles away or his son would die. and Jesus said to him "If you believe... Go thy way; thy son lives." John 4:47-49. If you believe, Jesus can heal you wherever you are, from whatever sickness you have. He is everywhere. His compassion never fails.
